What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, email and phone, where you are moving from and to, the carrier you sent it to, and the date and time.
- Listing claims: your name, role, work email, phone, your company’s terminals and equipment, its safety-registration number and insurance details.
- Site use: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics and a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile).
How we use and share it
When you send a quote request from a carrier’s page, we email it to that one carrier, with your consent, so they can reply to you about it. Their reply comes straight to you. We do not share your request with any other carrier. We keep a copy so we can review requests and deal with problems. We do not sell your information. We do not send you marketing email.
Carrier information
Basic listings use business information published by carriers or on public lists. A carrier can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time.
Storage and retention
Requests and claims are stored in our website database with administrator-only access. We delete quote requests within 24 months of receiving them, unless the law requires otherwise. The carrier keeps its own copy of the email it received.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@drayagecompanies.com.
